Brian Bailey encourages thoughtful purchasing while offering a fair and transparent returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all packaging, dust bags, and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Made-to-Order or customized footwear, sale items, worn products, or items returned without original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds processed via Tabby or Tamara follow their respective timelines.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
